About Me

From a young age, I have been passionate about baking, crafting cakes for my family and for Christmas events at our local café. I spent six years working at a cake shop my teens and early twenties, and I loved it so much that I considered pursuing baking as a career. Ultimately, I chose to focus on personal training and sports massage, as I have always interested in healthy eating. Now that I've transitioned into a more managerial role, I still view baking and training as hobbies. Recently, I explored gluten-free baking when my boyfriend adopted a gluten-free diet, and since we both have a sweet tooth, it became an enjoyable challenge. Observing that many restaurants and cafés offer limited or unsatisfactory gluten-free dessert options motivated me to find delicious gluten-free recipes that would make people question whether they were truly gluten-free.
